What type of Memberships do you offer?
Variety is the spice of life so you can choose and change your membership each month. The English Wine Club offers Monthly, Bi-Monthly, and Quarterly Memberships and annual Gift Memberships (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or gift).
What do I receive as part of English Wine Box membership?
According to the membership that you choose (Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly or Gift), you will receive the following:
- Two unique and exclusive bottles of fine English sparkling wine from a single producer/vineyard
- Specially Selected Sweet or Savoury Treats which vary each month
- Two places on English Wine Box tour of each of our featured vineyards at key times in the season (typically worth between £20 to £40) - (Spring/Summer/Winter dates available)
- Exclusive interviews with the unique individuals who produce the wines, as well as a behind the scenes look at each vineyard
- Monthly newsletter with insights on wine, other artisan British food and beverage producers, member offers and exciting competitions
English Wine Box provides you with a rare opportunity to sample wines that are not typically available on the High Street.
Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?
Our monthly membership includes the following as a minimum every month; two bottles of wine, vineyard tour for two people, selected treats, in depth insight on vineyard owner and monthly newsletter. All Club membership prices include cost of delivery of the wines to your door. There are no hidden extras or additional costs although we may from time to time offer additional features, wine tastings, visits or gifts to our members.
Can I send a friend, family member or colleague a English Wine Box delivery as a gift?
Yes you can our English Sparkling Wine package makes a wonderful one off or ongoing monthly gift. We also offer an upgrade on packaging to a hamper for a small addition (this choice is at checkout).
What is the size of my delivery?
All packages are well packaged, to ensure safe delivery to your door. Our two selected English Sparkling wines all come in 70cl bottle sizes. The size of the delivery package will vary, according to the months selected savoury or sweet treats. At Christmas time or with gifts we also offer the option of an upgraded hamper delivery which is slightly larger as an upgrade to your standard delivery.
Can I change the frequency of my membership?
Frequency of your deliveries can be increased or reduced at any time. You are able to vary your membership frequency, either higher or lower, at any time and as often as you like. All changes need to be submitted to Orders@SourcedDrinks.com specifying if you would like to increase or reduce frequency, pause or cancel membership by the 20th of each month to correspond with the following month’s delivery.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes you can, at any time. To pause membership for a month or indefinitely please email Orders@SourcedDrinks.com before or on the 20th of each month. After this pause deliveries will continue unless otherwise requested. To restart membership just email Orders@SourcedDrinks.com highlighting your preferred frequency of future deliveries.
GIFTING OF AN ENGLISH WINE BOX
Can I send an English Wine Box as a gift for someone else?
Yes, you can either send a one of gift, monthly, quarterly or annual subscription. For these gift’s we offer a free card with your own private message. To purchase an English Wine Box subscription or one off gift, please visit our gift page and place your order.
We will ask you for your basic information and payment details as well as the recipient’s shipping address.
PAYMENT for your wine box
When will I be billed?
Initial payment will be made at point of joining the English Wine Club. Thereafter all recurring memberships will be billed on the 20th of each month. Credit cards will be automatically debited on a recurring basis.
Can I skip a month’s subscription?
Yes you can just notify us by sending an email requesting a pause in your membership to Orders@SourcedDrinks.com To skip a month’s subscription, you must contact us before the 20th of each month.
When must I pause my membership so as not to receive the following month's English Sparkling Wine?
Notification of monthly membership needs to be received by email via Orders@SourcedDrinks.com before the 20th of the month otherwise it will come into effect for the following month i.e. Notification received on the 19th December will pause delivery for January. If notification received on the 22nd December, then the January delivery will be dispatched and February subscription paused. Please note that if you pause for a month your will automatically receive the month after unless you expressly specify.
What payment options do you offer?
Currently, we accept debit and credit card payments through our website.
How do I know my credit card details are secure?
English Wine Box’s payment page is protected and encrypted. Your information is inaccessible by third parties. We use? that securely handle millions of credit cards.
SHIPPING of your english wine box
Where does the English Wine Box ship to?
English Wine Box is available to Members in the mainland UK including the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. For overseas deliveries, commercial or wholesale enquiries please contact Orders@SourcedDrinks.com for further details.
When will I receive my English wine?
We typically deliver our wines to members in the first week of the month or within a week of when the first order is placed.
How will I receive my English wine?
Your English Wines will be shipped by post or courier to the address to which you signed up with English Wine Box.
My English wine has not arrived, what should I do?
If you have not received your regular delivery by the 15th of the month please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an update on your delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are included in the month membership fee and in all gift options.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What if my English Wine delivery has arrived broken or damaged? What should I do?
If you package arrives damaged, please highlight this with the courier and take photos of the damage or alternatively refuse the delivery and request another shipment. Please contact us and send details, including photos of the damage to Orders@SourcedDrinks.com As always we will resolve any damaged deliveries in a timely fashion.
May I return my English Wine Box for a full refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for any wine package that has already been safely received.
